Privacy notice

Effective: October 4, 2026. This notice describes the current LiveOverlayKit service operated by VALORA STUDIO Co., Ltd.

Information we use

• Google account identifier, verified email and display name, to sign you in and associate boards with your account. We do not receive your Google password or request access to Gmail, Drive or contacts.
• Board names, scores, timers, text, images and other settings you enter, to store and display your broadcast graphics.
• Essential login cookies and language preferences. Login sessions expire after 24 hours; unfinished login requests expire after 10 minutes.
• Network information handled by our hosting provider, such as IP address and request metadata, to deliver and protect the service. A country code is used to suggest a language; you can choose another language.
• Messages you send to support, to respond to your request.

Service providers and international processing

Google provides sign-in and Cloudflare provides hosting, network delivery and cloud storage. These global providers may process information outside Korea. Their processing locations depend on their infrastructure and services. See Google’s privacy policy and Cloudflare’s privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information.

Broadcast sharing

An output URL grants read access to that board’s displayed content. Anyone you give it to can view the output without signing in. Keep it private if the content is private. Archiving a board disables its output while it remains archived. Avoid putting sensitive personal information in broadcast text or images.

Retention and your choices

Boards, including archived boards, remain stored so you can use or restore them. Archiving is not deletion. Contact llscapzzang@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion of your account-related data. We may verify ownership before acting. Data necessary to meet a legal obligation or resolve a dispute may be retained for that purpose. Signing out ends the current session; it does not delete boards.

Payments

Paid subscriptions are not currently open on the public site. No payment card or wallet credentials are collected by LiveOverlayKit. Before paid service starts, the payment provider and relevant processing details will be disclosed.

The operator and privacy contact is VALORA STUDIO Co., Ltd, Republic of Korea: llscapzzang@gmail.com. Material changes will be indicated on this page before they apply.
