The service

LiveOverlayKit lets you create and operate browser-based broadcast graphics. The current public offering is Free: one active board, basic scoring, timers and a standard OBS output. Pro and Team are not currently offered for purchase. Feature limits are shown in the product.

Your account and content

Use an account you are authorized to use. You remain responsible for the text, images and other content you upload and for having permission to broadcast it. You retain ownership of your content and allow us to store, process and display it as necessary to provide the service.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful content, infringement, harassment, unauthorized access or activity that disrupts other users. We may restrict misuse or excessive traffic to protect the service, and provide an explanation where practicable.

Broadcast operation

Check scores, timers, graphics and audio before going live. Rule variants may require manual adjustments. Internet or service interruptions can interrupt updates; keep a fallback available for important broadcasts. This service does not guarantee uninterrupted delivery or automatic compliance with every competition’s rules.

Sharing and account requests

Output links are read-access links: anyone with the link can view the displayed content. Do not share your Google credentials. Contact support to request account data access or deletion. Archiving a board keeps it available for restoration and is not permanent deletion.

Payments and changes

No live subscription is charged at this stage. Displayed preview prices are not a purchase offer. Before paid plans launch, final prices, billing intervals, renewal, cancellation and refund terms will be shown for review before purchase. Changes to the free service will be communicated on the site. These terms do not exclude rights that applicable consumer law gives you.
